Excessive gives people a feeling of happiness and wellness from the chemicals it releases in not just your body but also gives a chemical boost to your mind.
Like almost if not all addiction this is one that gradually grows from a normal exercise regime to one that can get way out of control and you cant feel normal without it.
Addiction to exercise can have some very harmful effects and is linked very closely with eating disorders of different kinds.
