Work Addiction Symptoms and Treatment

Addiction to work or as some people call it a Workaholic is often misunderstood because there are so many differerent faces of this illness.

There have always been ambitions people that work harder or more hours than their peers and this is not actually a problem on its own.

Addiction to work can be the same as excersize addiction where the actual hours and exustion a person suffers can create either endorphins or other different feelings that can block out everything in their life.

Nothing else to do other than work.

A lot of the time people that overwork dont so much have a desire for sucess on its own but use work as a way of replacing or blocking out a troubled home life.
One of the first steps to overcoming work addiction is to create outside intrests and stimulation that are very far removed from your work life.
